Its water conditioning capability eliminates mineral cations in hard water, which can deactivate glyphosate and other pesticides sensitive to high mineral content water. At labelled rates, DERIVE is formulated to reduce fine spray droplets and improve drift reduction.
DERIVE softens hard water by binding to cations like calcium and magnesium and preventing them from interacting with pesticides. It also reduces the number of small droplets to minimize risk of off-target movement of applied materials. Derive is not an acidifier and will not reduce the pH of the spray mixture.
DERIVE is the simple, multi-functional solution for retailers and growers. A flexible rate structure allows the product to be used as either a low use rate drift control agent or an easy to use water conditioner.
